Experimental Sound Studio:
Quarantine Concerts
Sunday June 21
7:00PM
OUTR has partnered with Experimental Sound Studios in Chicago to curate a Quarantine Concert featuring artists from our 2020 artist roster. ESS has maintained a daily streaming event schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting artists by creating a platform for performance, as well as an opportunity to make up for lost income due to event cancelations.
There is an option donate to the artists during the event if you're able!
SOUNDRY Summer Institute is designed for anyone interested in exploring experimental music and modern classical music. The institute will include sessions on composition, deep listening, improvisation, instrumental building, and professional development given by renowned Omaha Under the Radar Festival artists and guests.
Guests and instructors are drawn from the Omaha Under the Radar Festival line-up.
THIS YEAR'S SOUNDRY INSTITUTE WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE

Film Streams is an independent theatre in Omaha that presents an incredible variety of programs. We've connected artists from the OUTR lineup with Film Streams to collaborate on new film scores to accompany historic examples of film experimentation. This will be an incredibly special event, and a brand new experiment for OUTR!
OutrSpaces will host our second streaming event featuring artists from the 2020 festival roster. Featuring a world premiere by dancer/choreographer Nathan Brumbaugh performed on the steps of Joslyn Art Museum.
